Luxe Botanica
Luxe Botanica was running on a bloated Shopify theme with 14 apps, 6-second load times, and a mobile bounce rate above 75%. Their ad spend was generating traffic, but conversions were nearly nonexistent. The checkout flow was clunky, product pages were slow to render, and their analytics setup was tracking almost nothing useful.
We stripped everything back and rebuilt from scratch using a headless architecture — Shopify Storefront API on the backend, Next.js with App Router on the frontend. Every product page is server-rendered and cached at the edge via Vercel. We designed a custom checkout redirect flow that reduced steps from 5 to 2. The entire frontend was built with Tailwind CSS for pixel-perfect responsive design, and we implemented lazy loading for all media assets.
They didn't just build a store — they built a system. Our Shopify store loads faster than our competitors' landing pages.
