Peak Athletics
Peak Athletics was spending $40k/month on Meta and TikTok ads with zero visibility into which campaigns were actually driving purchases. Their pixel was firing inconsistently, GA4 was misconfigured, and iOS 14+ privacy changes had destroyed their attribution data. They were essentially flying blind.
We implemented a complete measurement infrastructure: Google Tag Manager as the orchestration layer, GA4 with enhanced ecommerce events, Meta Conversions API for server-side tracking that bypasses ad blockers, and TikTok Events API. We set up a custom data layer that fires consistent events across all platforms, built UTM templates for every campaign type, and created a real-time dashboard in GA4 that shows true ROAS per channel.
We went headless and it was the best decision we made. Our mobile conversion rate tripled in 90 days.
